Responsible for the Developer Zone, the primary resource point for our customers. Managed the redesign of the Developer Zone in 2008 as well as rebranding of the Developer Zone in 2011. Responsible for all aspects of this website including design and implementation, product deployment, content creation, layout, as well integration with a CRM system.

Managed the design and development of a 3D graphics visualization SDK used by companies like Autodesk and SolidWorks. Collaborated with development on the design and usability of all major features of the API. Directed testing, documentation and deployment. Worked with senior management, sales and marketing on strategy, positioning and rollout.

Responsible for all technical publications. Managed and created the documentation framework for all our products. Worked with marketing, sales and other product managers to generate positioning presentations and white papers.

Worked with executive staff on branding, strategy and positioning of our line of products. Performed due diligence on new technologies for possible acquisitions as well performed market research and competitive analysis. Collaborated with VP of Engineering on product positioning and strategy presentations.

Managed a team of engineers to deliver the application side of a video transcoding product. Designed API for the transcoding engine with senior architect. Worked with management to define features, created release schedule and set milestones. Helped quality assurance with defining test plans. Worked with technical support to triage bugs. Assisted marketing and sales in developing marketing collateral, data sheets and product demonstrations.

Senior engineer on non-linear video editing application. Optimized title rendering, implemented metadata embedding and developed a plug-in that integrated with Dreamweaver to author web pages containing video content. Created tool that allowed content creators to author events such as chapters, web page flips, hot spots and other event markers.
